I can sort of see the mileage 289608Km, but it is not quite right and the CS is wrong.
Has this file been monkeyed with?
Possible a bad reading?

Reading rather good, when I change the meter and connect bcm returns 289xxx

Well, I am not going to bother correcting a bad read.
The file is not right.

The problem is not checksum ..
