e90 HU_ENTRY replacement - bmw335d - 03-09-2023
The car had an issue with saying "boot loader Modus" on the screen so we replaced the head unit.,
The car is e90 with HU Entry (Small screen) no nav. The replacement we got said "HU_ENTRYNAV". I didnt make any changes to Vo and just factory coded it. The screen says no signal. Radio sound works, fm / am etc. ISTA says there is component protection enabled. I thought component protection was just for fsc's but we dont care about the nav.

For sure you installed a entrynav2 unit, need to change screen too.
You will need an entrynav unit if dont want to change screen.
Car must be f30

Send Part Number if Unit that was in Car and the Part Number of the Unit please.
Also send VIN. I ll check if you got the Right one
