F15 50i is slower in 1st gear than in 2rd - bmwlover - 05-09-2023
Hello. What can be the reason? It accelerates slow in 1st gear but faster in second gear. Does not matter dsc on or off.

Torque limiter - thats absolutely normal

maybe this can be the reason... many cars have TL 1st gear and reverse gear lower than others, on the left limiter for 1st and on the right limiter for 2nd

Thats what i wrote to You, first gear is more limited on torque than second/third gear. No big secret
