VW Golf G85 steering angle sensor No voltage - ELMEPRO - 07-09-2023
Holla, i have impasible problem.
Its golf 5 2008
Im not receiving voltage from (Steering column electronics control unit -J527-) to (G85 stering angle sensor).
To Steering column electronics control unit -J527-
power train can bus low OK
power train can bus high OK
from wire convenience can bus low NOT ok 0.8v
from wire convivence can bus high NOT ok 4.2v
terminal 30 to j527 OK
terminal 31 to j527 OK
terminal 50 to j527 OK
terminal 15 to j527 OK
from j527 to g85
5V NOT ok 0v
12V Not ok 0v
I changed j527 with used one same problem
i changed two g85 same problem
i removed convenience can bus from j527 same problem
can someone point me out what should i do ?
do i try order another j527?

Fixed, sad thing is that steering angle will shows as 0 degree, you need do basics settings after that you can see degree only.(wierd)
I my case to make a basic settings i was required to do wheel alignment and change rear abs rings(bearings)
