hi
i need to disable egr including eventually all dtc regarding egr as P1439, p1404, p1403, p1402, p1401 etc
17808 - P1400 - EGR Valve Circ Electrical Malfunction
17809 - P1401 - EGR Valve Circ Short to Ground
17810 - P1402 - EGR Valve Circ Short to B+
17811 - P1403 - EGR System: Regulation Deviation
17812 - P1404 - EGR System, Basic Setting not Performed
17814 - P1406 - EGR Temp.Sensor Range/Performance
17815 - P1407 - EGR Temp.Sensor Signal too Low
17816 - P1408 - EGR Temp.Sensor Signal too High
17847 - P1439 - Potentiometer for EGR (G212) Error in Basic Setting

problem solved
thanks to all
remember : on this ecu when you write mod file change the coding from 00071 to 00031 showing P1612 unerasable because of wrong coding.
at the end of write use vcds to recode to 00071 the engine ecu and all ok

no need to "play" with coding.
here other solution with disconnected egr if you want to test, need to make the chksum
