Hi guys,i need flash dump file for BMW MSD81 DME with Manual transmission and HW No 7592080.

I advise you not to do this, its way safer and better to find the correct zusb and flash it.

this ECU has password in file. if you overwrite it with someone elses ECU files you may brick it.
what is wrong with the original ECU?

anyone knows a workaround or what`s the best way to overcome a tricore password on MSDxx ECUs as P-Flash from different car will brick the unit.

I know this DME has password inside of tricore MCU but i’ve AT200 and HEXTag tools for boot mode on bench and have not any problem for R/W Flash file.

I have backup from E93 manual gearbox, 2.0 and 170 PS, ECU MSD81.2

If you provide me the dump I can fix this for you and made sure the bootpin matches, update the ISN and all. with that being said it can ONLY be used on the dme you dumped from. if you flash to another it will brick it and if you didnt back it up before flashing it will be bricked forever

you just correct the bootpin manually on MSD80 and MSD81

I'm posting the dump which is readed on bench with BitBox, I have one more but this one is with eeprom together and readed with FC-200.
