Hello, I need help. I can't update SD Connect C4. He writes to me SDconnect EXTERNAL VOLTAGE TO LOW (646) battery connected and connected to the car.

MinUpdateVoltageVExt=0
Where could the problem be?

Depending on the hardware you may even need to open it, but you can do the update in any case.
