I'll guess that it still works?
To start and use the tool, you have to login, and since that is still possible, I think it works just fine?
You could also just connect to sangandi's FTP server manually and download the needed files.
(The tool is downloading from same place and info can be found in an earlier post)
UPDATE:
I'm writing from my phone, so didn't had the link...
But I managed to find it quickly:

Sorry, but I can't exactly remember how to fix it, other than you have to change the version number in "regedit".
But if you read some of the old posts, you can find the solution! (:

Hi there. Is it normal that when I try to download any content using the webpage update HDD, it returns an error? I guess this is because there is no connectivity to BMW servers? Thanks!

Hi I'm new here have downloaded the tool and have the administrator client load that works well but once I or D Ista Ista P 'd invite says the program , it would be loaded directly but it does not work can help a maybe me?

I get a box that immediately pops up saying "Download Fertig" whatever that means?

Is the BMW_ISPI_ISTA-APP_3.50.10.msi from the Sangandi FTP-server also a compatible update to ISTA_SYS_3.49.10.xxx.msi like the 2 updates from the ISPI NEXT TOOL?
