G31 3AG retrofit issues with ICAM4 update - Carservice345 - 15-10-2023
Hello together,
I retrofitted the rear view camera on a G31 today, the camera is connected to the BDC.
First I changed the vehicle order +3AG, coded BDC, ACSM, HU and injected CAFD from the ICAM4. The camera works fine and there is nothing in the error memory.
I tried to update the camera with E-Sys and got this message:
Switching to programming mode was not successful for: ICAM4_0x06 [WARNING].
Topology error: ECUid: ICAM4_0x06 is not accessible because the ECU cannot be switched to programming/encoding mode.
When I try to read out the SVT I also get Ethernet errors :-/
Till now tried with: S15A-22-03-530
E-Sys 3.30, 3.38 and 23.04.00 and PSdZData_4.39.30
Vehicle I-Level: S15A-22-03-530

If you try to update with enet my friend had same problem and I falsh successfully with enet+dhcp server

I have already tried to flash with ENET cable and ICOM Next directly connected to my laptop, unfortunately without success.
Will flash the days with latest psdzdata and enet+dhcp server.
The question is, why do I get the error when I try to read VCM? Read (ECU) works fine

You can`t read vcm just read ecu

disable programming mode in tal execution and try again
