At the title says. I am looking for start stop deactivation solution on cars on MLB EVO platform, especially Audi Q7 facelift or A6 C8...

Try hardware solution. Add start-stop disabling module.

Hardeware module as Versus said is the best solution but aternatively you can do it with coding but it works only while the climate control is on.
--> Climate Control Unit (08) --> Adaptions --> 'A/C comfort parameter for start-stop function' from 5 to 0.
I have also a hardeware module in my car since 3 years and it works like a charm - also MLBevo but A4 not Q7
