I have changed the Kafas2 module (it is used) it is a slightly older unit, according to the reference it is compatible with the corresponding car. When trying to flash there are differences in HWEL... my question, can I flash avoiding the HWEL?

You can’t flash HWEL. You can use HWEL from SVT_IST.
BUT on your KAFAS2 don’t use this. You BTLD and FSLS ID is completely different. This is not only older or newer HWEL it is not the correct one for your car.

Yes it is compatible with F030 from 07/2013
