NBT Evo bench test can not ping - alsamaraee - 03-12-2023

Hi,

I have a Nbt Evo HW 4.1 connected to a ZGW 4sk(2x Ethernet ports) via OABR connector. I'm using a can bus board to send ignition and vin signal to wake both ZGW and HU.

ZGW                     OABR
--------------------------------
11--------TX+ ----------17
12--------TX- ---------- 19
9 ---------RX+ ---------18
18--------RX- -----------20

Screen is on, can see both on e-sys. Can code HU.
My problem is that HU ethernet is not working. if I try to ping 169.254.199.99 it says host unreachable. And of cource it is not possible to flash the HU.

Tried connect OABR to rj45 and the ip 169.254.199.99 is presented in my network and able to ping the ip.
Of course HU ethernet is disconnected from ZGW side though.

RJ45                   OABR
--------------------------------
1--------TX+ ----------17
2--------TX- ---------- 19
3--------RX+ ---------18
6--------RX- -----------20

Do I missing something?

Thanks in advance

Attach a picture of which connector in the ZGW

Had the same issue with ZGW Mid flashed to 4SK. Once I've used High flashed to 8SK, issue went away. Somehow ZGW doesn't route ethernet HU side. Didn't care to look much into it as I had 2-3 zgws laying around..

Use tool32 and run zgw01.prg -> STATUS_ETHERNET_INFORMATION
Post the output smile

I had the same problem ages ago, just add 1 wire ETH_A, from ZGW plug 3B pin 13 to quadlock pin 29.

and what about STATUS_ETHERNET_REGISTER_LESEN? does the registry show a 100mbps link between HU and ZGW?
