206cc engine immobilizer fault - Tedum - 04-07-2015

Hi, i need guys to assist on my problem i got my 206cc 2004 model engine immobilizer fault after unpluging battery and i got 2 faults while checking with my obd2 launch x431 .. also i want to adapt my key with my key programmer it decline my pincode readed from 95160 eeprom readed from boshe me7.4.4 ecu

errors 1) ignition integrated phase detected
2) engine coolant permanent temprature sensor signal short circuit to postive . or open circuit

any idea to make my ride life again ? can immo off help me on this situation?
thanks

If you put the correct immo pin code in the BSi it will except it if the BSi reject the pin code you put in there is only one of two things that I can think of one the pin code is wrong two the BSi is faulty

Hi if I can remember correctly from your Engine ECU info your engine is petrol your fault code (ignition integrated phase detected) could be camshaft sensor or crankshaft sensor has come loos? If not check your timing is correct using timing tools NOT TIP-X some of the teeth might have come off and that will give you (ignition integrated phase detected) If I am correct no immo off will help you to start your engine check your crank shaft sensor and your camshaft sensor are fitted correctly if they are check timing and timing/Belt

Find your engine coolant sensor check the wires from/in-between the coolant plug to the engine ECU plug for open or short circuit if the wiring is OK buy coolant temp sensor without fitting it to the engine if you plug the new sensor in to the plug and switch the car ignition on the engine fan should not come on at all but if you unplug the sensor with the ignition on the fan should come on if it works as I have just said fit the sensor it’s OK if the fan stays on when the ignition is on when the new sensor is fitted then unfortunately more than lightly the engine ECU has an internal fault?

Hi, friends can somebody provides wiring diagram bsi to ecu and fuse box chart for my 2004 1.6 petrol model there is a problem communicating with bsi on diagnostic tool let me check ecu to bsi network

Hi if you can find someone with AutoData using your engine code you can narrow it down to your engine ecu you can then find out 12v+ Live 12v+ Ignition ON/OFF 12v-Earth pin numbers and location on your engine ECU at the same time the Fuses in BSi and the Fuses in engine bay Fuse Box what the fuses are for but I do not think it will have BSi to Engine ECU data but you can make a start.
