WIS standalone stopped working after recent Windows 10 update - tintoverano - 20-02-2024

hi,

I'm getting "The webpage cannot be found" for http://localhost:9000/EWA-net

"This error (HTTP 404 Not Found) means that Internet Explorer was able to connect to the website, but the page you wanted was not found. It’s possible that the webpage is temporarily unavailable. Alternatively, the website might have changed or removed the webpage."

all servers are shown running in EWA Admin app

EWA was runing in IE compatibility mode in MS Edge before and I'm running it the same way as before

ideas?

thank you!

It is not due to the W10 update, you have XUS active even if it does not work and you must change the port of the WIS server or stop the XUS server.

There is no need to use compatibility mode and you can access it from any browser once the real problem is solved

XUS was the culprit
