Hi I have a navigation to renault clio on windows embedded, is it possible to change map like france to germany without payment to renault? any modyfy software?

You have Medianav, don`t you ?
Yes it can be changed the firmware original of the Medianav, it is a well known problem, search on Google for Menavrus and all kind of GPS forums and you`ll get it

Yes, Menavrus is 100% ok, tested by hundreds people which installed and tested it everyday.
Menavrus is superok, don`t worry.
Or you can find Mediaskin ( medianavfacile ) but less good.
Menavrus you must buy it, mediaskin is free . It`s your choice, both work no problem. Me i recommend you menavrus

If you want to add maps (for free) to the native navi (igo primo) the only way is by menavrus, works even on 405 firmware.
p.s I'm a menavrus user for about 1,5 years, and I can tell you that there is no other user-friendly solution (and I had tried anything since 2012 until 2014)
