Volvo V50 SCL sync - Sweaty - 29-02-2024
Hi,
I have a problem with Volvo V50. It's 2006 model with SID803 ECU.
SCL died, there is no communication with it at all. I got a second hand SCL unit, but can't get it to work. I was able to read original SCL eeprom - ST 95010 - and copied it to second SCL (exactly same part number). But it still don't work. CEM shows SCL internal error fault and won't let the car to start.
I checked the IMMO syncro between CEM and ECU, also ABS ID in ECU is correct, only part that is not working is SCL.
I'll attach dumps from both SCL units, original and "new", dump from CEM eeprom 1K79X and EEPROM from SID803. Anyone can check if the dumps are really correct, and maybe someone here can synchronise SCL with CEM ?
