as title, can sos error in cluster be coded out? vehicle is bmw x1 2018, battery has been replaced but error in cluster still remains, will bimmer code accomplish this, and if so what are the steps please

you have the failure code, to understand the failure?
Because it seems, battery got replaced but it wasnt the failure.
Steps to do it with BimmerCode - contact their support.

If you still have your telematics module and have replaced the battery, diagnose and fix the issue. Don't just disable the warning.

WHY diagnose, when you can just throw parts canon?
And when canon misfires, start ruining the car...
