Have you tried FFFF in the vim location? I realize that most new ECUs come with FFFF in the place where after programming they have vim, try FFFF, there are several places for vim so they all must be erased with FFFF, do that then tell us how it went.

Ford ECUs doesn't require virginising.
I can support you with adapting used module.

IMMO OFF not exist for Ford cars. only normal adapt.
