Is there any tool to edit and modify Audi Dataset or flash files not in binary mode, i mean it can show the parameters to edit/ modify, please advice where to get or buy

There is only a MQB Gateway dataset editor.

Search here in CT for Program Odis-Explorer. Long Time No update, and not like you want with some text, but some drive2 Blog Sites sometimes telling in which File what can be changed to another hex values and what changes.
There is also a program called 010 Editor from sweetscape. On github when searching you will find a simple keygen for it and also there are some templates on GitHub storages to change for example mib2/mib3 sound datasets or to patch some update files of Audi sound generator Ecus to let them work on cars which was not equipped with it or take files from other cars and patch them to get different sounds.
