Airbag module problem Need help! - BMWFXX - 20-03-2024

Hi guys,

Someone has reportedly deleted the crash data from an airbag module for a 2017 VW Golf 7 (5Q0 959 655 AA) in which a crash was stored.
Now we want to do a flash update with Odis Engineering because the airbag module comes from another car.
When updating the flash we see that "Crash counter is not zero"

My question is if anyone can check whether the crash has been removed from flash or not.

I am sending the original file with the crash and the modified file that says the crash has already been removed.

Can someone remove the crash for me if necessary?

Or is there a way to remove the crash with VCDS or VCP?

Is a specific login code required to be able to change something with VCDS in the Adaption menu?
Because I tried to perform Calibration data: pre-crash in Adaption, but that didn't work because a code had to be entered, but unfortunately I don't know the code to be able to change anything in adatpion.

The faults that are constantly stored and cannot delete,
