ISTA File Missing? - Homersbud - 13-04-2024
I’ve been using ista 4.39 and been upgrading the delta files to 4.43.4x and now just update the sdp files to 4.46.4x with no issues; however, when calculating a measure plan, i get this error about this .dll file, so i simply just re-installed 4.39 from scratch again but the same problem as this file simply does not exist in the TestModule folder or any other folder within ISTA.
I removed 4.39 and tried 4.32.15 and same thing, this file does not exist, so i am unable to calculate a plan for my F36 - 430ix.
Any thoughts on how or why this file is not getting installed? Does anyone have this file to share?

Use sqlite files of the SAME VERSION as ISTA.

That was my first thought which is why i removed and just installed 4.39 with the same sqlitedb. I only did a basic install (no sdp) just to see if the file existed and when I did not see that file, i removed and tried 4.32.15 with the same sqlitedb (4.32.15) but again,
i didnt do the sdp as i just wanted a basic install to see if the file existed.
Should I just install the full programming with 4.32.15 and see if that works?

If you use correct version of sqlites, you may NOT NEED that file at all. So run your diagnostics, do NOT LOOK for file.

Uninstall ISTA, search BMWGroup and BMW in registry and delete them all. Search ISTA folder in disk and remove them all. Make sure full clean reinstallation of ISTA 4.39, then only upgrade the SDP and BLP data to latest version.
