It appears 3.27 can't be shared yet. TM's exact word is "He's not allowed to share E-Sys 3.27 yet"

Does anyone have 3.27 now? Looks like newer 3.27.1 is available now too
3.27.1 came out a lot sooner. Previous version was just released not too long ago.
