Hello everyone, I have an HV malfunction in my 2019 X5 45e.
The car was not in a crash, just a sudden malfunction message showed up, while I was driving.
The car starts with no 12v charge and unstable idle.
i5тд shows several faults
030EEB High-voltage power management: High voltage system not started in spite of request
0316D1 High-voltage battery unit: Category 1 fault
0316D7 High-voltage battery unit: Category 7 fault
21A111 Emergency run manager information: Engine speed limitation, level 1, request EME
21A124 Emergency run manager information: Fast switch-on requester combustion engine, request EME
21F1F8 High-voltage battery, preloading: blocked due to exceeding of maximum number of failed attempts
235410 Emergency run manager information: Idle speed increase, EME request
E70C3A Electric auxilary heater: does not respond
21F11B 21F11B high-voltage battery: contactors open under load
21F157 High-voltage electrical system, preloading: Short circuit between both high-voltage cables
21F1F6 High-voltage battery, switch contactors: switch-off after a fault
E70C3A Electric auxiliary heater: does not respond
The faulty modules are EME SME IHKA

What I have tried so far:
Disassembled an EME — no circuits found, also the 12V charging fuse is OK.

I already bought the Safety BOX, 2nd hand EME, and an electric heater.
Where should I continue the problem research? Is it reasonable to take off the HV battery for replacing the Safety Box and SME module, or I should check something else before doing that?

Run the testplan in i5тд for this fault:
21F157 High-voltage electrical system, preloading: Short circuit between both high-voltage cables

Seems, the HV system gets shut down due to a detected short circuit outside the battery
