I am having problems with this. I have to buy every time ready precoded 7947 for renault scenic/megane II - because when I buy BRAND NEW NOT-PRECODED pcf7947 from SAME SHOP/SUPPLIER (where I buy precoded) I cannot precode it myself with: ZedBull/EFFI and with FVDI.

Can somebody tell me where is the problem? How in the shop they precode this s..t ?

Legs/pins of transponder they send me dont have any remains of soldering, so what machine they use to precode? They do not solder it to the pcb. Do they use any adapters?

How this simple procedure dont work with effi and with fvdi on fully functional card.

Old (used) transponder is readable with any position of a card in reader - but new pcf from shop is not readable - not matter how I put the card - "no transponder" message on ZedBull... this is just MAD

It could be problem with your devices(simply, device anntena may have a problem). But you can try to solder pcf 7947 fine and try reading again.

Friend, this both devices read used (LOCKED) pcf7947, pcf7946, and all other HiTag without problem. But dont read VIRGIN BRAND NEW pcf7947, pcf7946. So cannot precode them myself. Even if they are bought from reliable source (NOT CHINA), because from same supplier I buy keys and ALREADY PRECODED pcf's and use them to program in car. So this shop telling me it is not transponder problem. So where is the problem? Somebody had same issues as me? So far tested and precoding not working only with RENAULT Laguna II, Scenic/Megane II and other renault s..t

Somebody here to tell me that he tried precode 7947 with Effi and worked? Or maybe a video?

You have problem with laguna 2 and megane 2 key-cards,perhaps you can not put board on proper position on anntena. On zed bull clone device(which you use with effi soft),anntena is weak point and very often it read transponders wrong. Precoding pcf 7947(or remote virginising) could be very tough task for that anntena.

Use pcf 7946 and program as 7947

I tried to prepare plank pcf7947 with effi and fvdi ,but without luck. Later I tried with Tango and it works fine . I prepared multiple laguna cards and immobilizer and remote works. Maybe the problem with effi is the zed bull antena really

I found "sweet spot" on how to place FVDI antenna to precode 7947. Will upload pictures soon

Placed antenna less than 1cm from a pcf. Only worked exactly this way as on picture. Also used 3,5V

I am looking solution for reading pcf7936, it's not working.
