Hello all I own this exact engined model of car Instead of this fix the problem p400 points to egr valve if I'm not mistaken but you need to check vacuum pump on side of engine is pulling a good vacuum otherwise the whole system doesn't work as vac pump runs turbo solenoid for wastegate egr valve and swirl inlet flaps smile

The code description p400 is critical system malfunction 1 or 2 or something like that it will flag up if wastegate on turbo is not shutting or egr faulty hence also the loss of power limpmode hopefully this helps some people smile
