I think that the following way would be clever move instead of going in to banning mode
Templet I offer 1 free Mod-Map/DTC/EGR/Etc.. to registered users and if you like my work or need more then one then i offer more then 1 free at this link/marketplace-ad so that users will know in-advance that user offering free is also selling it Also sellers should have some sort of feedback markings for people to distinguish if this seller is running an operation of hit-and-run or it's along-ride seller that's my two cents on it.

What am doing now is user needs good post count,if they come back second,,,look to see if they give help ,if no help sugestion they get site donator tag,,,3rd time gonna be buddies only
or they look me up in selling in selling section maybe we should all abide by such template and let admin do there fishing and smoking there fishs? just a thought i help who i want! when i want to! otherwise dont ask free stuff
