Hello all,

Can any of you good souls help/guide me through a process of replacement of the airbag control unit in my Mini F56? 
I have the new blank module already installed in the car (same part number as the old one 65779353047).

I have a working installation of ISTA/D set up with a K/DCAN cable through the ediabas interface. I can connect to the car, read fault memories, execute tests, etc. (I also have the ENET cable, ethernet to OBDII if need be).

I am working on getting the ISTA/P on my computer.

And now going back to the issue at hand...

After the installation of the new module I have the following codes the fault memory:

ACSM4I --- 0x930A26 Airbag front sensor, left: Coding data does not match equipment
ACSM4I --- 0x930A30 Airbag front sensor, right: Coding data does not matchequipment
ACSM4I --- 0x930A54 Airbag sensor front door left: Coding data does not match equipment
ACSM4I --- 0x930A5E Airbag sensor front door right: Coding data does not match equipment
ACSM4I --- 0x930ABC Control unit not locked
ACSM4I --- 0x930BA0 ACSM: No current coding data record stored
ACSM4I --- 0x930BCC Pressure sensor, left (pressure hose system): Communication fault
ACSM4I --- 0x930BD7 Pressure sensor, right (pressure hose system): Short circuit to B+
ACSM4I --- 0x930BF0 Input, hall effect sensor: Coding data does not match equipment (pin B13)
ACSM4I --- 0x930BF1 Input, hall effect sensor: Coding data does not match equipment (pin B14)
ACSM4I --- 0x930BF2 Input, hall effect sensor: Coding data does not match equipment (pin B15)
ACSM4I --- 0x930BF3 Input, hall effect sensor: Coding data does not match equipment (pin B16)
ACSM4I --- 0xC95460 Vehicle dynamics data estimated: Communication fault
ACSM4I --- 0xC95461 Speed: Communication fault
DSC_I1 --- 0x03058E Signal processing: Acceleration sensors, maximum adjustment value
DSC_I1 --- 0xD3650F Signal (sensor cluster data, non-linearised values, 21.0.2) invalid, transmitter ACSM
EPS_I1 --- 0x482394 EPS control unit: Initialisation fault, steering angle, loss of multiturn value.
EPS_I1 --- 0x4823D4 EPS voltage supply: Undervoltage in vehicle.
EPS_I1 --- 0xD514BE Signal (driving speed, 55.3.4) invalid, transmitter DSC
GSAW01 --- 0xCF3B61 Signal (signal from DSC to the AGS control unit) invalid

It seems that all or at least most of these codes are consistent with the fact that the new ASCM is not coded/programmed to my car.

I would appreciate any guidance that you guys might be able to provide me from here on.

You need coded new module via E-sys or ista-p or professional flashing all module to i-level ACSM or higher.

How coded module ? , you find solution on pdf guide on this forum.
