Name a device
I need a device that a hole 4 and 13 when syncing a key manually on an OBD port. I usually use a piece of wire but I have a seen a friend connecting the same holes with a device unlike a piece of wire. I think this one looks smart and professional

you could easily get an obd male cable and solder the pin 4 & 13 , so just plug&play

Or buy a bluetooth elm 327
Take pcb out and connect pin 4 + 13 and voila I can show you mine but on monday Always new stuff to learn

or take a old obd cable solder ur pin 4 and 13 , then get some cheap china RBG self flashing LED's and put 2 in there with a resistor , and now the the customer can say "WOW look that tool " and u bill more for the proffesional tool , when customer see a paper clip doing the job that = 0$ and a plug mmmm some $ but a tool with flashing diodes and even a small volt meter $$$

If you got a obd breakout box then use it with a jumper wire that got 4mm banana jacks at its ends
