Is it possible to install  Xentry Diagnostic and Xentry PassThru on one disk ?

I think thats not possible.

But you can make a Dualboot Windows 7 & 10 or via VM VirtualBox etc.

Otherwise you might get problems.
For my information: What kind of advantages you see by running both solutions on one disk?

For communication with the car you will need different sort of cables.

if you are only, follow  way of the member "kmbeatz" follow him step of Dualboot with both windows installaion in one disk

for install both windows in one disk follow that steps

Requirements

You will need hard disk with size 500GB or up 

Iso File for windows you will use 

step (1)

Insert the Windows installation disc into the disc drive or USB , then boot the computer from the disc.
step (2)
Remove all existing partitions from the hard drive, if existing partitions

step (3)
Create a new partition of the desired size in megabytes. Depending on your intended usage for  and xentry, you may want a partition of 250,000MB

Install windows to the new partition.

step (5)
after installtion of windows done, Insert the Windows installation disc into the disc drive or USB , then boot the computer from the disc.

Create a secound partition on unallocated example here

and use the rest of the space or up as you do before, with first partition you created 250,000MB

after the second installation windows finished , 

when starting computer you will found dual booting of windows on booting ,

now you have both windows with some name of booting,  if you want change booting name
like for first windows for Xentry Diagnostic and secound windows for Xentry PassThru
