   File vw Polo 1.6 with noisy injector solution and egr off.

on that file theres nothing related to injector noise , only a really bad tune and egroff attempt, solution for inejctors noise is removing of little non-return valve on fuel return line (which gets clogged or bad) and then go to adaptation with VCDS and adjust minimum quantity injectors, tested 100% (if any problems completing this test then update ECU version and then do it)

As JureBV said the problem is the little non return valve. The valve is positioned on injector fuel drain line before the connection to hard pipe.(it look like a plastic coupling but its not!)
I tried to inspect it and it cracked in my hands so i decided to bypass it, now without valve and without doing adaptation my injectors problem disappeared!!! Remove that shit from your engines because the drain flow NEED to be a free flow.

Hi there . I have been working in official VW service for many years and deal with these injectors often. As other colleagues say, the injectors should be recoded with the internal codes, or an adaptation of the minimum amount of injection can be carried out with odis and then an adjustment on the road with a series of processes to adapt them. Do you mean this little white roller? I have a problem with noisy injectors when cold. If the engine warms up a bit, nothing can be heard.

injectors were sealed, injector seats milled, dosing ok, no DTCs, diesel gate downgrade done.

I think its that, in 1.6 the return line was on right side

So with the 2.0 TDI it also causes problems, the noise from the injectors was solved by removing this non-return valve that I marked in post no. 23
