Yes, i have also deleted the gearbox adaptation. Still the same

If you reprogram with ESYS. I suggest to use ISTA-D to program the EGS.
After the EGS successfully programmed with ISTA-D, adaptaion, clear faults and close ISTA-D.
Turn off ignition and let vehicle sleeps for 15 minutes.
Reconnect ICOM and perform vehicle test to see other faults.
Please post result.
