I have backup from PSG16 and IMMO
Someone wrote or reset IMMO code to 0000, PSG16 has code 8424

here you have dump with requested pin but in your dump are 0 keys 
you need to learn keys with diag

Yes, but tou need carpass (pin) to do it. or reading pins the simplest is fvdi abrites commander 2014 or later, carprog also good. I'm not sure about the Frontera, maybe you can read the pin with the op-com, that would be if it's the same as on the CORSA C model:

I have abrites 2014 but it does not work. My plan is to write the transponder in 93C46 with TANGO
