Retrofitting F31 cruise control buttons, is it just plug n play and then code it? And how to code it? Just add VO and code the ecus?


And is it plug n play, or is it depending on which equipment the car has?

Add 544 to VO and recode Kombi, ICM and FEM

If you want LIM function code like this:
In Kombi code SLD_ENABLE to aktiv
In ICMQ code C_SLD_Funktion to aktiv
In ICMQ code C_Umschaltung_ACC_DCC to zugelassen

Btw: I assume MFL is in F- series as standard (with LIM fuunktion). I know that in E- series MFL still was an option.

Not really, at least on F20. I've seen F20 without MFL at Macau.

Its true even some F30s come without any buttons on the steering wheel. I have had one F30 without multifunction buttons From factory. I changed to M steering and clutser to 6WA with coding but still the Cruise Controll is not working. Can anyone help with wiring needed to make this work. Thanks

The car has multifunction steering wheel, just no lim/cruise control buttons

So it should be coding only then ?

Flash kombi with 544 option in VO. Look if you have pin 9 and 11 power and ground in A83*1B
