2011 MINI COOPER D LIMP MODE, NO BOOST
Wonder if anyone could give me a little info regarding a mini cooper d, 2011, 1.6 tdi, no boost, limp mode, no boost leaks, this is not my car but a work colleauges, he scanned it using a low end autel and got a 4755, anyone point me in the right direction to give him a little advice where to check and how to proceed

Is the linkage between turbo actuator and VTG OK and moving freely? When yes, would suspect that the actuator self is faulty. With ISTA you can test the movement of turbo actuator. Check plug connection on actuator and DDE.

any other tool other than ITSA can do the actuator test?, he dont have that tool

Maybe, I use only ISTA for Bmw and Mini. First check the linkage between turbo actuator and VTG maybe the fault is visible by eye. With second person help it should be possible to see that the actuator is moving the VTG leaver on car start up to max point.
