default installation of older version is in DE
you need DE version of exe and INPA.ini in DE reinstalling BMW tools also defaults to DE If any of my posts or current one helps then don't forget to press thanks and add a reputation

in the version bimmergeeks, you should have the english folder in the inpa, type inpa.ini , change language from de to en
