You just need to remove the .pdf extension.

he is trying to tell you it will not DOWNLOAD. It is trying to open in Chrome as a PDF and does not allow save as so you can change the extension to XML from PDF.

However, I did finally manage to get to save as > and just remove PDF so it becomes XML. @youngkyu it does work if you can figure out how to SAVE AS to your harddrive

Or I have now saved it on my Mega as a RAR file and you can also DL it from there and unzip.
