BMW f30 swap engine from (N26) to (B58M) but having power problems
a Freind asking me if i have knowledge about his problem
they have BMW f30 swap engine from (N26) to (B58M) but having power problems the (original) car options is 2012 F30 / 3B53 All Wheel-Drive 2.00 l / 180 kW (N26) the car they get engine from (Donor) 2019 F36 (MUE) / 4J71 All Wheel-Drive 3.00 l / 240 kW (B58M) they say car drive good on the new engine tell the time they try to accelerate to get the full engine power the engine look like go to limp home mode without thouing any fault but losing about 50% of power Thanks so much for any help |

A speculation. fuel control unit and fuel pump. Because this has also changed with diesel N47 to B47.

Are you rebuilding the car? you have to install full mechanical and suspension system of the donor, including changing the harness as well.
You have to use the Donor FA as well then edit your current options.
