Now in this line there are MANY MAJOR INCOMPATIBILITIES:
"Some specs: ICOM Next: ICOM A1 Firmware: 03.22.21 (VXDAS Clone)"

1. ICOM Next CANNOT be ICOM A1.
2. VXDAS Clone is NOT ICOM. Like in AT ALL. It just pretends to be for software, but it's inside is complete CRAP. Nothing even REMOTELY similar.
3. Firmware 03.xx.xx is NOT for ICOM Next.

So stop pretending you know what you are talking about and post us pictures of INSIDES of your thing. But if it SAYS VXDAS, it probably IS....

P.S. I assume it's VXDIAG, not VXDAS?

I do not think I pretended I am an expert hence why I am here looking for help and learning the best I can. 
I am new and basing the comments based on what I saw in the device web interface when it was working. I do not have a screenshot of that unfortunately as I cannot connect anymore. I am trying to provide as much detail. 

The device was ordered from vxdas website.

i will agree with Ferrum, it needs to be reworked, Fake reset button is fitted so it will not work
