You intall 4.39 with blp. Psdz no.
In ec apps find psdz folder. Delete there folder named data. Unextract in it 4.41 blp. In psdz create data_swi folder and unextract there pdsz 4.41. Open reg fix x64 with notepad. Change logisticBaseVersion and SWIData to 4.41. |

You forget one things... When you install full sdp you need to apply right regfix that why was no SWIData in registry.

check your "SWIData"="4.41.30" and "InstallLocation"="C:\\EC-APPS\\ISTA"
rename .txt to .reg then run it. |
