Not sure if someone wrote such thread before ... to collect all possible adaptations and tricks here for whole vag group vehicles ... could be to activate or modify some oem code or settings... or even retrofitting... like adding rvc low and high ( needed hw and sw )

Good idea, but the issue will be a lot of people who sell those services.

But for example I'm looking how to add Park Assist, Line Assist, Signal Recognition on my Q3 F3 but I did not find all the information needed

I think you mast to ask in your dealer if it is possible, its not posible to upgrade for all car.
