You need to change the patched launcher and plugins from JD in install dir. But you do not meet the requirements from the first post to receive a key and the patched files.

Simply you cant............
As from Odis-S 23.1.x only the new GRP system supported and works.........
For the old system (till to die complete in your country or with your Vag seller) go back to Odis-S 23.0.1............

Here is some feedback.
In order not to have conflicts between OS/OE and Antivirus/personal software, I splited the ssd to half and installed the OS and OE in second half without Windows updates and antivirus, while keeping me personal up-to-date sofware in first half. HWID (thus the key provided) works in any partition of the same system as long the Windows version + Windows product key + Computer name (maybe) + physical drive (if there are more than one) remain the same. In future tests I'll check if upgrading to Windows11 with the same Windows product key the HWID changes.

I still use version 7.2 with my vas5054 and Postsetup from version 23.1.4 with a launcher without hwid and registrations with a European license. Because version 23 asks online in those operations where 7.2 does not ask.

Today I used Odis 23.1.4 to check the Audi A6-2018 but could not find the 1.8 engine in the list! In the list there are only engines from 2.0 and above!
