RE: ECU Eeprom reading help please
Thank you thats exactly what I did, I found a SOIC clip and wired it up
few minutes and I'll read the second ECU Thanks Well it looks like the eeprom from the second has been played with and the pins are broken, now it makes sense why the guy he took it messed him around for 3 months! Is it possible to put new eeprom in this ECU and make it work? Could it be possible to get a new eeprom and dump the previous ecu's bin into it to make this ecu useful again? |

RE: ECU Eeprom reading help please
Doesn't look like it, the pins 5,6,7,8 are clean broken off and no contact possibility,
yes the ecu's both exactly the same numbered, same immo system and same car. So I'll just get a new blank 95080 and dump the 1st ecu eeprom bin into it and all should be good, if I have this correct. Many Thanks I've just found a couple of the ECU's as well, they both need t be decode and been sitting in my stuff for about 8 years! Ill read them whilst I got everything set up and put dump here WHat prog do I need to use to get the pin from bin file please? Here's a bin from a 95040 (I am assuming its the EEprom) it is from ECU 036 906 013 F Please can I have the pin. Many Thanks |
