ISTA 4.05.31 Voltage Control.

Simulates voltage/ignition of connected interface. ICOM, KDCAN etc.

Install Instructions:

Unblock archive and extract files to \testergui\bin\release.
Put voltage tool on desktop (or any location).

How to use:

Start ISTA (if there are any problems, try running as admin).
Run voltage control tool.
Start session.

Notes:

HW check disabled.
Change screen position of voltage tool by dragging it using top left corner.

Could we incorporate a hotkey into this that would toggle it off then back on to simulate a terminal change for users that use KDCANs with Ista-D? This would allow us to have it running in the background & hit the hot key when we Ista ask for a terminal change.
