I have the same files (original and stage1) from a tuning package. The name is a bit different:
VW__2.0_TDI_2013___75KWKW_Bosch__03L906019GG_524687_4879.Original
and
VW__2.0_TDI_2013___75KWKW_Bosch__03L906019GG_524687_F3AE.Stage1+++
