Hello your immo is stored in immobox behind the glovebox and not in ecu
You can read immobox and make transponder

So we all can help you
What is the problem in the begining ?
Search behind the glove box to see if there immobox ?
If there is immobox try volavka s solution by removing tms and join pin 4amd 13 if it is tms
And if it is hc05 you need to read mcu and post here for sure members will help you
What tools do you have to make key
Or to read tms Mcu or hc05 mcu?
