Thanks for the reply. Yes I would like to go back to virgin state. The vehicle the ECM came from is a 2013 Infiniti G37x AWD AT transmission (same ECM as 370z). The ECM flash part number currently stored is 23710-3LW5A and I'd like it to be at 23710-1A42A (G37 Coupe 2WD MT transmission) . Nissan will not allow the flash as my current ECM part number has a different flash path. If the ECM was virgin I could flash, or if I could alter the .dat file and trick NERS into thinking I had an ECM part number in that range it could flash properly. Kind of a shame it doesn't allow this, but I can understand why they would do it.

The ECM file I wish to flash is attached.

There's a way to instead make Consult 3+ or NERS to force the file you need into the ECM.

It involves editing the text file that comes with the flash file.

Do you happen to have a tutorial or description on how to do that? Thanks for the reply.

I will try to post a detailed guide but I'm going on vacation next week so it may be until after.

I did some playing on my own. I edited the CSV file and was able to begin programming, but it got to 5% and then stopped with the error in the picture below. I'm not sure what it means. If you can post that how-to I'd appreciate it.

RE: Revert programmed ECM to Blank ECM
You're using NERS and its a fickle beast. Are you using a battery charger and disconnecting the cooling fans?

To both questions, yes. 13.5V charger and relay pulled for both fans. I contacted Nissan about it and they said the error is a result of an ECU lockout. Not sure how it's locked out as I am still using it
