Need a ups usb for win 10 64bit

Im looking for a upa usb for my computer to program 95020 in circuit.
Ill need the software ro be 64 bit compatible.

Im looking at the one from elrasoft.com I have emailed them asking for help but havent heard anything back.

Im looking at the one in the photo i have attached to do in circuit programming like i have attached also.

I dont know what additional connectors i will need to complete this also.

it is same as your win 7 64bit,
you have to set compatibility as windows 7

Not sure i understand, im trying to buy the upa usb i posted above but not sure what connector to buy to read and write the 95020 chips in circuit.

Upa usb work on all windows platforms both x64 and x86..so no need wory about..upa is good in circut,adapters you get in pack and can do all acording to upa manuals
