The HU Workshop tool has that functionality:

EVO: Enable SYS_DEBUG (ssh/telnet)
EVO: Clear/Repair NAND Persistence (omap board)
EVO: Clear V850 eeprom and flash (deletes all configuration, logistics data and
reduces device to BTLD0001 and HWEL only, so any kind of flash is possible
afterwards)
EVO: Device CONVERSION ECE<>US<>ASIA
EVO: Change HWEL
EVO: Change Serial Number of HU
EVO-PROCEDURE: Active Component Protection Removal

friend, this does not need to be done.
1)It is enough to import the all fsc codes into the car.(e-sys)
2)on usb stick with a map to create a folder (FSC) and put the fsc code to update the map
3)insert usb stick with a map in the car
4) wait for the map to be upgraded to 100%

Who needs fsc codes for changing the region of the map for EVO id 4/5/6, write in PM.

Hello! Maybe someone can help me with following problem - after region change on NBT evo id5/6 on some cars there are no Navigaion sound (sound tips where to turn). Tried different fsc packs..
