need immo off, with no warning on dash

Where is ORI ecu dump ?
I think better transferring immo from ori to donor and the IMMO will be VALID.

hete is the original ecu dump
the car starts with original ecu if the ecu is warm

if cold, the ecu disappers, diagnose wont communicate with ecu

with clone, all fine, bit immo fault, no start

Here you have eeprom to donor ecu, upload and the car will starting...

You've must change the flash too from ORI to DONOR, because not the same the sw in both ecu, and save the ECU CODING with VCDS at ORI ecu and change at DONOR ecu, and don't forget check the injector codes...
