There is a chance to use RNS-510 maps, latest is V17 2021 divided to west or east europe.
In a past people were using modified maps from CCC modules on RNS-510 units because there was full europe on one DVD. Before BMW split it to 3 discs.
I tried to make CCC east EU map in a past from RNS-510 by the same way as RNS-510 maps were made from CCC version but it never worked...
